1. Service Description

Promptly AI is a Microsoft Office add-in that provides AI-powered assistance for Excel and Word. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Subscription

• You must sign in with a valid Microsoft account to use the service.
• Free tier users receive 5 total AI requests. Paid subscribers receive a monthly token allocation based on their plan.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service or its API.
• Share your account or subscription with others.
• Use automated tools to excessively consume service resources.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Promptly AI belongs to you. The service itself, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Promptly AI.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any formulas, data analysis, or content generated by the AI before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results.

6. Limitation of Liability

Promptly AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect formulas, or business decisions made based on AI outputs.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
